NUTRITION MONTH 2018
We all
know the importance of fruits and vegetables in our body for us to have a
healthy and strong body. Fruits and vegetables that are pure and no chemicals
are added on it.
“Ugaliing
magtanim sapat na nutrisyon aanihin” aims to encourage people to plant more
plants where they can get those nutritious foods. It also aims for us to be
able to know the importance of food gardening among us and to improve food and
nutrition security by increasing access to a source of food for all. Fruits and
vegetables are known for its being natural and nutritious for that no other additives
are added on it. Foods nowadays are made or there are different chemicals and
preservatives that are added that can surely affect our health. And most of us now
do not like to eat these fruits or vegetables because they found that foods
that is not nutritious is more delicious than the nutritious one. And the theme
encourages us to go back to the times that we are used to eat fruits as a dessert
after we eat our vegetable meal.
Foods nowadays
are made from factories and many additives and preservatives that is bad to our
health. But it’s up to ourselves on how we avoid those foods that is not
nutritious. Health is wealth so it is very important to have a healthy
lifestyle and eat nutritious foods.
